By registering for an account, accessing the Website, or using the Service, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Importer”) expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. Unaylee Shipping Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting.
· Ownership: All website content, logos, and data are owned by Unaylee Shipping Services.
· Account Responsibility: Users must provide accurate information (Name, TRN, etc.) during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
· Authorized Use: Users may ship legal goods for personal or commercial use.
· Agency Authorization: By using the Service, the Customer authorizes Unaylee Shipping Services to act as their agent for shipment acceptance, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery.
· Forwarding Address: Users are assigned a unique Mailbox ID/Account Number. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the correct address format is used at checkout. The Company is not liable for misdirected shipments due to incorrect addressing.
· Service Rates: Shipping rates (Air/Sea) are based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Rates are subject to change without notice.
· Unknown Package Fee: Any package arriving at our warehouse without a valid Mailbox ID, incorrect account name, or missing suite number will incur a processing fee of $10.00 USD per package.
· Customs Duties: Packages with a declared value exceeding $100.00 USD (for Air Freight) are subject to Jamaica Customs duties and fees. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and government-imposed charges.
The Customer agrees not to ship any items prohibited by the laws of the USA, China, or Jamaica. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
· Illegal drugs, narcotics, and psychotropic substances.
· Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and camouflaged clothing/gear.
· Hazardous materials (corrosives, flammable liquids, pressurized cans).
· Perishables (meat, fruits) without prior approval and specialized packaging.
· Cash, precious metals, and high-value jewelry.
· Restricted Items: Items requiring specialized permits (e.g., plants, certain electronics, chemicals) must have the necessary permits uploaded before arrival.
· Documentation: A valid commercial invoice is mandatory for all shipments. Non-submission may result in customs valuation by the authorities and significant clearance delays.
· Inspections: All shipments are subject to inspection by the Jamaica Customs Agency and other regulatory bodies. Unaylee is not responsible for seizures, fines, or damages caused by these agencies.
· Pickup Timeline: Customers have FIVE (5) business days to collect packages once notified of availability.
· Storage Fees: After the initial 5-day period, a storage fee of $100.00 JMD per day will be applied.
· Abandonment: Any package not collected within TWENTY-EIGHT (28) days will be considered abandoned and may be sold at auction or discarded to recover shipping and storage costs.
· Packaging: Unaylee is not liable for damage to items that were improperly packed by the vendor or customer (e.g., glass or fragile items without "fragile" marking and adequate padding).
· Claims: Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must be supported by original receipts and photos.
· Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or losses caused by natural disasters, weather, or civil unrest.
· Eligibility: Active customers may refer new users to earn store credit (e.g., $500 JMD).
· Qualification: Credits are only awarded once the new user completes their first shipment and pickup process. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Jamaica.
